If the world could be shrunk into a single village with a population of 100 people, what would it look like? According to a source on the Internet, if the ratios of different groups remained the same, it would look like this:

There would be 57 Asians, 21 Europeans, 14 Americans (North and South), and 8 Africans.
There would be 51 females and 49 males.
There would be 30 whites and 70 non-whites.
There would be 30 Christians and 70 non-Christians.
6 people all of them U.S. citizens would own 50 percent of all the wealth of this village.
80 people would live in sub-standard housing.
70 people would be illiterate.
50 people would be malnourished.
