I wish you a great new year and I love to see how many amazing things you are doing at Cosmo. And I feel very happy to tell you that I plan to come to my Cosmo home next summer for a visit. It is amazing for me to know that those years I lived in the house have made such a strong positive impact upon me. With most things in the past I don’t look back a lot, I live a lot in the present, but this international and humanistic experience at Cosmo is my present so those great memories I have stay always fresh.
Idalid and I love each other a lot, we plan to stay together for the rest of our lives and probably you can add very soon some more pictures to your Cosmo wedding gallery. I had a wonderful vacation with her and her family in a vacation club over Christmas. It was only for a week because Idalid has no more vacation time but absolutely amazing. Not the adventure stuff I used to do a lot but full of warmth and love.
Idalid and I plan now to relocate us to Palo Alto, California, as she has received a place to study Humanistic and Transpersonal Psychology at ITP (www.itp.edu) which is also connected to Stanford University. The condition they give her is that I need to find a job in order to cover the living expenses; for the tuition she will get some help from them and hopefully from an international women’s fellowship we have applied for.
I am happy to share with Idalid this excitement for making the world a better place. Her focus in psychology is exactly about employing mythology and legends from all cultures of the world. I hope also to study a little bit in my spare time and hope to live my international experience for the rest of my life.
The pictures are from our vacation and also from a hamburger cooking party with my students. As you can see, cooking connects cultures, they learned a lot about hamburger BBQ in the US.
