I am writing a few lines to share with all of you the wonderful moments we had with the Halloween party at the Cosmopolitan House. If for any reason you couldn't attend the party, this quick story will tell you about this traditional event we always have on the last Saturday of October.
The party was on Saturday, October 30 (a day before Halloween). It started around 9:00 PM, and faded away around 1:00 AM. Food, and beverages were abundant. Also, Matt (our DJ) played a good variety of music, rock, disco, merengue, and the passionate salsa.
The house was very crowded by midnight, and people's costumes were one of the main components of the night's entertainment. Everybody was happily dancing, talking, and enjoying wearing their costumes. Among the costumes, we had: a beautiful French maid, two pretty young girls that seemed to be competing in knowing who was more beautiful than the other one (a German girl, and a Croatian girl), a sensual tree, a cosmo monster, a Hawaiian dancer, a French chef, a handsome priest, a sexy hermaphrodite, Captain America, a couple of vampires, a bisexual devil, and many more. Be ready to attend out next Halloween party. We will be giving out double prizes for the best costumes, since I completely forgot to do the contest this year.
Special thanks goes to the Cosmo Club for sponsoring the party, along with OISA and the IEI, to Kazumi, Ivan, Mike, Manjula, Matthew, Cecilia, Mulongwe, Liana and Amy for helping out with the party.
